Our office hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm for on-site visits. Ask about the availability of self-pay telepsych appointments after hours and/or on weekends.

Yes, we accept major network insurances, cash, major credit cards, and health savings accounts. Some of the insurances accepted are Tricare, Tri-West, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, United Health Care, Magellan, Cigna, Humana, Medicare plans, Wellcare, Amerigroup and Ambetter. We accept the vast majority of major health insurance plans with the exception of certain HMO. Call our offices as this list is not comprehensive. Also, more insurance companies are adding Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation as a covered benefit with less restrictive authorization requirements. Ask about Dr. Warner’s self-pay telepsych rates as many patients choose not to file insurance so that there is no access of mental health records to 3rd party payors. This option is also frequently chosen by licensed professionals and executives who demand the utmost discretion and heightened sense of security to privacy.

It depends on appointment length and complexity. Your copay or coinsurance is due at the time of arrival for a scheduled appointment. Self-pay rates are typically on par or below the average for psychiatrists in the region.

We require 48 hours of advance notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Without such notice, barring emergencies or exceptional circumstances, there is an administrative (no-show fee) for all missed appointments. This notice does not include weekends or holidays.

We do have the capability to connect you to your provider after hours. However, it is advised that for psychiatric emergencies, you or family members should call 911 or report to the nearest Emergency Department.

We ensure the highest degree of privacy and confidentiality, and we do not discuss treatment with anyone unless we have your written consent. We do have to disclose information to the extent as required by a 3rd party payor or as part of a court-ordered request. There are benefits to self-pay in the former as we cannot ensure the confidentiality of what is disclosed to whom by 3rd party insurers.

Yes, we do prescribe controlled substances judiciously in the treatment of ADHD, anxiety disorders, or otherwise when the decision is carefully made that the benefits outweigh any particular risk of physiological dependence.
